This isn’t the life

you thought you’d be living.

So why is it so hard to
change it?

You’re not broken—
You’re caught.

The Truth

Caught in patterns your nervous system learned to survive. Caught in identities built on achievement, caretaking, and performance. Caught between the life you've built and the life you actually came here to live.

You feel trapped.

Trapped in the struggle between recovering from challenges, working hard at your goals, and wanting to enjoy life too— these aren't signs that you've failed or that something is wrong with you.

They're signs that you’re done being caught in a cage
you didn’t build.

And now it’s time to finally break free.

For the changemaker collapsing under the weight of your mission—losing faith, your health, and drifting further from the gifts you are trying to share with the world—

I made this for you.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Trapped in golden handcuffs — financially secure but spiritually suffocating

Persistent sense that something needs to change, but no clarity on what

Mental exhaustion from overthinking and trying to "figure it out"

Loss of meaning despite external success

Body sending louder signals — fatigue, sleep issues, chronic stress

Crisis of legacy — terrified you'll reach the end without making the impact you know you're capable of

Difficulty trusting your intuition after years of prioritizing logic

Feeling responsible for everyone's stability while neglecting your own

"The most common form of despair is not being who you are." — Kierkegaard

Let’s face it—

The old ways of living our lives, trying to heal our minds and bodies, and leading our businesses and communities are over.

And that’s a good thing. Because the old ways were harming us and the planet we depend on.

We are all in uncharted territory my friends.

And the sooner you see this, the sooner you can be Free.

Free.

To escape your cage.

And rebuild life on your own terms.

Because the good news?

The status quo is quickly fading away in a rapidly changing world—

The bad news?

We’re now standing between two worlds. One that’s falling apart, and one that hasn’t been built yet.

— Which is why I created a practice to help you find your way between these two worlds —

Healing Wild

A Sanctuary Healing Practice for Those Who Refuse to Settle.

Who refuse to let burnout
be their story.

Who are done with feeling trapped.

  • Healing Wild is a practice designed to help you come out of survival mode and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of your body, mind, and spirit — so you can follow your bold calling without losing your health and sanity in the process.

  • This practice runs in 4 month blocks, what I call Seasons—although you can start at any time of year. Healing Wild brings in the best components of Integrative medicine, coaching, therapy, and ritual work into one holistic practice. It is designed for those with too much on their plate to spend time with multiple practitioners every week but who also desire a deeply personalized experience. The practice works across three levels:

    • Your Biology - your health, nervous system patterns, and stored trauma

    • Your Mind - your subconscious patterns, core wounds, and identity loops

    • Your Energy - your energy body, spiritual blueprint, and purpose.

Through a combination of 1:1 sessions, coursework, nature-based practices, and developing a precision wellness plan, we uncover what’s keeping you stuck—and rewire it at the root.

  • The practice is for professionals, changemakers, visionaries, and creatives who feel burned out, stuck in old patterns, and disconnected from themselves—and it’s impacting your health, draining your energy, and leaving you stuck in a life that looks fine on paper but feels wrong on the inside.

Your Transformation
will look like this:

Buried Emotions get Metabolized

What’s been ignored gets processed — not just talked about, but released from the body at the level it was stored.

Overthinking to Self-Trust

You stop overriding your innate wisdom and recover your inner voice to make decisions you can stand behind, no matter what.

You lead from your Genius, not your Wounds

The patterns you developed to survive stop running your relationships, your work, and your vision for what's possible.

Performing to Living Authentically

The titles, roles, and conditioning that have been running the show get replaced by the self you actually choose.

Survival mode to Embodied Presence

You are able to stop running on stress hormones and start living from a grounded state.

A Life that looks Ok, to a Life that feels Fantastic

You will design your next chapter with clarity and ease — built from who you truly are.

Your Guide

Hi-I’m Dr. Jess

I spent over two decades inside the very systems my clients are trying to escape. I know the golden handcuffs. I know the identity crisis that comes when a career that once felt like a calling starts to feel like a cage.

I've navigated my own health crises, life upheavals, and the slow, terrifying process of rebuilding from the inside out. I've been the patient, the seeker, the skeptic, and the one who finally found what works — after a decade of searching and more money spent than I care to admit. I built Healing Wild because I couldn't find what I needed anywhere else. And I refuse to let my clients spend ten years finding that out the same way I did.

I bridge the worlds most coaches and healers can't: evidence-based medicine, trauma healing, energy work, and spiritual guidance— held together by the lived experience of someone who has walked this path.

There is a very real and ugly truth that most people realize too late in life—

They realize that they have spent their whole life performing—

Yet this realization comes when it’s too late to change.

I have spent much of my career caring for people at the end of their life. And you would think the top regret of the dying would be spending more time with those they love.

That is one of the top five, but it’s not number one.

The number one regret people share at the end of their life is actually this:

“I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”

Ready to live a cage-free life designed just for you?

If any of this speaks to you, I would love to hear your story.

It seems the more brilliant you are, the more hard-working you are, the more people want you to put you in their system, to climb their ladder, to help them chase their dreams.

And this works—there is nothing wrong with taking a job when you need a job. or using a job to help you gain the skills you need to facilitate your own long-term dreams.

The risk though is that as time passes, you forget about your dreams. No one wants to wake up and realize it could be too late in the process—feeling in too deep, too dependent on the money or the structure or the prestige, to find a way out.

The higher up you get on someone else’s ladder, the harder it is to jump off.
— Surbhi Sharma

You can jump off the ladder
on your own.

But it’s far easier — and far less painful — to do it with the
right support.
